1. Our Commitment to Compliance
Apex Coverage Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) enforced by the Federal Trade Commission, and all applicable state telemarketing laws and regulations. We respect consumers' rights regarding unwanted telephone solicitations and maintain strict internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
2. National Do Not Call Registry
We honor the National Do Not Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Before placing outbound telemarketing calls, we scrub our calling lists against the National DNC Registry to ensure that we do not contact consumers who have registered their phone numbers. We access and update our copy of the National DNC Registry at least every 31 days, as required by law.
3. Internal Do Not Call List
In addition to honoring the National DNC Registry, we maintain our own Internal Do Not Call List. Any consumer may request to be placed on our Internal Do Not Call List at any time. Once added, we will not place telemarketing calls to that number, subject to the exemptions described below.
4. How to Request Removal
If you would like to be added to our Internal Do Not Call List or wish to stop receiving calls from Apex Coverage Group, you may submit your request through any of the following methods:
- By Phone: Call us at (888) 000-0000 and request to be placed on our Do Not Call list
- By Email: Send an email to info@apexcoveragegroup.com with the subject line "Do Not Call Request" and include your name and phone number(s)

5. Processing Time
All Do Not Call requests will be honored within 30 days of receipt, as required by law. In most cases, your request will be processed within 72 hours. Please allow time for your request to be fully processed across all of our systems and partner networks.
6. Employee Training
All Apex Coverage Group employees and agents involved in outbound calling are trained on Do Not Call compliance, including:
- Federal and state Do Not Call laws and regulations
- Proper procedures for handling Do Not Call requests during live calls
- How to add consumers to our Internal Do Not Call List immediately upon request
- TCPA and TSR requirements for outbound telemarketing
- Consequences of non-compliance
Training is provided upon hire and refreshed on a regular basis.
7. Exemptions
Under the TCPA and TSR, certain calls may be exempt from Do Not Call restrictions, including:
- Existing Business Relationship: We may contact consumers with whom we have an existing business relationship (i.e., a transaction or inquiry within the past 18 months, or an application or purchase within the past 3 months), unless the consumer has specifically requested to be placed on our Internal Do Not Call List
- Express Written Consent: We may contact consumers who have provided prior express written consent to receive calls, such as by submitting our online quote request form and checking the TCPA consent checkbox
8. Record Keeping
We maintain Do Not Call records for a minimum of 5 years, as required by the TSR. These records include:
- A copy of our written Do Not Call policy
- Our Internal Do Not Call List with dates of each request
- Records of employee DNC compliance training
- Documentation of our National DNC Registry access and scrubbing procedures
9. Calling Hours
In compliance with the TCPA and TSR, we only place outbound telemarketing calls between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone. We use technology to determine each consumer's time zone based on their area code and/or address to ensure compliance with this requirement.
10. Complaints
If you believe you have received a call from Apex Coverage Group in violation of Do Not Call regulations, or if you have any concerns about our calling practices, you may:
