1. Our Commitment to Compliance

Apex Coverage Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) enforced by the Federal Trade Commission, and all applicable state telemarketing laws and regulations. We respect consumers' rights regarding unwanted telephone solicitations and maintain strict internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

2. National Do Not Call Registry

We honor the National Do Not Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Before placing outbound telemarketing calls, we scrub our calling lists against the National DNC Registry to ensure that we do not contact consumers who have registered their phone numbers. We access and update our copy of the National DNC Registry at least every 31 days, as required by law.

3. Internal Do Not Call List

In addition to honoring the National DNC Registry, we maintain our own Internal Do Not Call List. Any consumer may request to be placed on our Internal Do Not Call List at any time. Once added, we will not place telemarketing calls to that number, subject to the exemptions described below.

If you would like to be added to our Internal Do Not Call List or wish to stop receiving calls from Apex Coverage Group, you may submit your request through any of the following methods:

All Do Not Call requests will be honored within 30 days of receipt, as required by law. In most cases, your request will be processed within 72 hours. Please allow time for your request to be fully processed across all of our systems and partner networks.

In compliance with the TCPA and TSR, we only place outbound telemarketing calls between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone. We use technology to determine each consumer's time zone based on their area code and/or address to ensure compliance with this requirement.
